Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners are still attached and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our atelier inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
